"Green & Glocal" is the new culinary concept designed by Hotel Milano Scala.
Enhance local and regional products in a dimension of Offer to international guests (global), this is what our cuisine develops and offers.
Selected ingredients and recipes of the good Italian tradition are elaborated with wisdom and skill from our cuisine making Italian-inspired vegetarian and vegan proposals, a real surprise for the eyes and the palate!
Our GREEN & GLOCAL experience is divided into four points:
- We have created proposals aimed at a GLOBAL market, shaping and presenting them according to LOCAL Culture, and then with territorial food products.
- Our Restaurant uses only ingredients that have been run the fewest possible number of kilometers from the production area to the distribution.
- We require our providers organic crops and process all our dishes with preparation in energy savings with the least possible waste of ingredients.
- We have created an organic garden, located on the sixth floor of the hotel, which supplies our Restaurant of herbs, seasonable fruits and vegetables, for a gastronomy that is not only in "km 0", but also "step 0".
